The Professional Standards Unit consists of a Support Captain and one Sergeant who oversees the day to day operations of the following areas: Staff Inspections, Accreditation, Training, Field Training Officer Program, Hiring, Recruitment, C.P.T.E.D./Site Planning, Range Master, Polygraph Services and Volunteer Services.

This unit is staffed with six officers, one secretary, two clerks and one volunteer.
